Shelbe Overby is originally from Paducah, KY, and went to school in New York City, where she was first introduced to the idea of sustainable living through the World Wide Web. While getting her BFA in theatre, she was simultaneously studying in her day-to-day life on how to live a more sustainable, resourceful, and mindful lifestyle. Whether that be thrifting, french-pressing, shampoo-barring, composting, she has (almost) tried it all. Upon graduating and having the oh-so-familiar deliberation of "what am I doing with my life?", she decided to follow her impulse and move to Louisville, where Before Sunday was born.
